Anatoly Ivanovich Lipinsky (Russian: Анатолий Иванович Липинский) is a Russian military leader, Counter Admiral commander of Leningrad Naval base.

Biography

Was born on June, June 7, 1959(1959-06-07) in the city of Noginsk of Moscow Oblast, Russia.[1]

In 1981 After graduating from the S. M. Kirov higher naval command school he was posted to Northern fleet where served on several ships as the principal warfare officer, the assistant to the commander, and between 1985 on 1990 was commander of a small anti-submarine ship.

After graduating in 1993 from the Kuznetsov Naval academy he commanded the cruiser "Chervona Ukraina" served on Pacific fleet the commander of a patrol ship "Retiviy", the senior assistant to the commander, and then and the commander of a rocket cruiser.

From 1996 for 1998 he commanded the Guards rocket cruiser "Variag".

He was awarded the "order of military merit"; he is married and has two sons and the daughter.
